Grill Spectacular is a cooking series celebrating the artistry, culture, and stories behind America’s favorite backyard activity. Each season shares new recipes, stories, and tips from the best BBQ masters from around the country. Made Man teamed up with Kingsford this year to throw block parties to honor those individuals making a difference within their community. Working with the showrunners and Kingsford, I designed a bold and rugged brand inspired by vintage badges.

Process
Like with any project, I begin by reviewing the brief and building a mood board to establish a clear visual direction and shared language with the client. Throughout the process, I present sketches and design comps at multiple stages, incorporating feedback and iterating collaboratively until we land on a final, approved direction.
